“Anarchists, we see you”…..simply ain’t enough. Guys like this POS thug could easily be removed in public by “partin’ the wattas of his medulla oblongata” with a .22 subsonic from a tiny and nondescript North American Arms piece. No louder than a sneeze and he’d never know what hit him.

Col. Jeff Cooper addressed the best manner in which to deal with riots and rioters.
His remedy was to target the leaders of the riot. The persons identified as ring-leaders and inciters should be hit with a .22 LR round to the lungs. He points out that this is not lethal. It won’t kill the little shits, but it will cause immense pain and take that leader out of action.
In a noisy crowd of rioters, the shot would likely not even be heard, but the effect would be immediate and powerful.
