Okay….I do like Sarah Palin. However…..that just made her look kind of loopy and weird. But maybe she is loopy and weird. Why should she be any different from Lisa Murkowski, I guess. But the odd editing and the sing-songy voice? Ugh. No. Just….no.

We have plans here that don’t include Lisa.
Sara would be great and Lisa wouldn’t have a chance.
But, if not Sara, it won’t be Lisa.
She blew her chance long ago.
I love Sarah Palin, I really do, but I had to stop after about 20 seconds. That was a horrible idea, never should have been released. (Unless Alaska still has that debilitating acid/ADHD problem, then I guess it’s okay.)

She should have completed her term as governor.
I had a lot of hope pinned on her.
You saw the true McCain as he eviscerated her for his ridiculous prolapse of a presidential campaign.
Too, McCain should have stood up when she was going to be grilled one-on-one over foreign policy and said, “fine. Biden first.” …but it was Biden not at all.
I don’t believe that’s Sarah Palin.

Hey at least you folk in Alaska have worthy or semi worthy folk. Here in Oregon their is zero hope, options are simple. The answer for everything out of communist Salem Or, is NO. Zero chances of rolling this state, to stable.

gbwnyc, she simply could not afford to continue as the governor. Alaska had a weird provision that let anyone file an ethics claim against an officeholder. The problem was, the person filing faced no consequences for a false claim. So Palinhaters kept filing these complaints, which required a lot of time and effort to swat away, even if the claim was baseless, and they all were eventually ruled baseless.
The money to fight them had to come from her pocket, not the state. It was bankrupting her family.
Dirk, I feel your pain. It has to be very difficult to watch what’s going on in Portland, and have the governor and mayor conspire to promote the rioting. At least here in Minneapolis our boy mayor and Governor/Dictator moved quickly to stop Riot Volume 2.
We’re watching the revelations about the Somali vote harvesting operation with similar feelings. As an election judge for 30 years, this is exactly the kind of large scale fraud that folks had warned about. Minnesota’s high-trust culture designed the system; the Somali low-trust culture looked at it and said, “Sucker!”
But who should investigate these accusations? The Secretary of State, a Soros creature, says his office has no investigative power. The state Attorney General, a Muslim Soros creature, is planning to ignore it. The Hennepin County Attorney is a Democrat from a family of Democrat office holders. He will ignore it, although one of his attorneys said there would be an investigation.
So who is next in the line of buck passers? The Minneapolis Police Department, already short 100 officers and under pressure to deal with the crime wave.
No one, and I mean No One, wants this problem. The biggest issue is that your investigators must speak Somali, because all of the crimes will have taken place with both parties speaking that language. It’s the same problem if you’re working in a precinct. Voters can ask to be allowed an interpreter/helper. So you have a Somali being directed in Somali on how to vote. Even if you have a witness of another party, there’s no way to prevent a Somali telling the election staff “Hey, I’m a Republican.” There’s no way to check and no one wants to check.
The Justice Department could parachute in some helpers for the local office. But it’s going to be like operating in Iraq. They’re wholly dependent on whatever interpreters they can recruit, and one can bet that the Ihan Omar operation will be doing their best to insert her people into the investigation.
And afterward the talking heads can nod at each other sagely and pronounce, “No one was charged, therefore there is no serious fraud taking place.”
I’ve stood on the ice on a frozen river at twenty degrees below zero and talked with Sarah. She’s friendly and articulate, I’m willing to cut her some slack on that video. She’d have my vote against Murkowski.
However I will admit if Mickey Mouse or Goofy were running against Lisa I’d choose Mickey or Goofy.

GS, right on, it’s a shit show, with a capital S. I like to think I’m doing my part, frankly I’m questioning my contribution. Am I doing all that I can? ” To be answered at a later date” likely my death bed.
In a time where men and women like us,,,,,,can see it, feel it, taste it, understand it, yet have zero impact on it, is depressing. I know what’s coming, we all do, yet I don’t want to be the guy who starts the shooting war, which triggers millions of deaths, for all the wrong reasons.
Until then, I’m going fishing, riding my motorcycles, camping, crabbing on the coast. Wait, watch, and listen. Think it certain we will recognize our individual ” Go Times” as we are each situated differently. Frankly, Portland, Seattle, NYC, DC is the foreplay before the real ” GOOD” sex, a warmer upper,a kinda safe sex, if there is such a thing.
My crew, me, we’re blessed via our living location, the natural resources God-given right here. Some of our brothers and sisters, not so much. I didn’t pick my turf, my turf picked me, in an odd sort of way. And I’m grateful.
