Noted in Passing: The Ballad of Big Rok As Told In His Native North American Thuglish**™

Presented for your edification our “Thuglish**™” speaking guide to “American Prison Bullies. Watch out for the quiet guy.”

O O O O that Shakespeherian rag—
It’s so elegant
So intelligent
The Waste Land

Gotta love this con’s smooth palaver. He knows how –rude Milton that he may be — to do as Whitman urged,

I too am not a bit tamed, I too am untranslatable,
I sound my barbaric yawp over the roofs of the world.

Think what you may this sage of the Big House has one big barbaric yawp.

“Thuglish**™” : An argot of the North American underclasses both criminal and cultural. It was spoken and heard throughout both rural and urban North America in the 2020s. Ubiquitous north of the Mexican border, “Thuglish**™” is the required second language of members of various militarized Mexican drug cartels. “Thuglish**™” is also the default second choice in Mexican voice mail: “To get it on in “Thuglish**™” check out 2 bro”

‘Thuglish**™” spoken by the woke elites and celebritized victims gives way to “Meaninglish**™”. A language not nearly as eloquent, but consisting of words and phrases that sound like s language, but in truth, is devoid of sense. It is linguistic cancer. Its Dyslexicon of emotionally wrought trigger words does nothing to inform. “Meaninglish**™” is the raving of the unbalanced progressive white women and race baiting black women who have ruined all that is good and decent. Sometimes, I wish I had a padlock on a belt with these evil behemouths.

I hear the sounds made by this person, but I can not, for the life of me, ken any meaning in it. What I gather, however, is that he is the apotheosis of the elemental man, the one who lacks the capacity to comprehend or articulate properly anything he cannot eat or destroy and for whom only physical existence has any meaning. This man is the opposite of the one extolled by Confucius:

A superior man, in regard to what he does not know, shows a cautious reserve. If names be not correct, language is not in accordance with the truth of things. If language be not in accordance with the truth of things, affairs cannot be carried on to success. When affairs cannot be carried on to success, proprieties and music do not flourish. When proprieties and music do not flourish, punishments will not be properly awarded. When punishments are not properly awarded, the people do not know how to move hand or foot. Therefore a superior man considers it necessary that the names he uses may be spoken appropriately, and also that what he speaks may be carried out appropriately. What the superior man requires is just that in his words there may be nothing incorrect.
    — Confucius, Analects, Book XIII, Chapter 3, verses 4–7.

Is there any qualitative difference between this and, “I’ll lead an effective strategy to mobilize trunalimunumaprzure.” You be the judge.

My youngest went to grad school near Pittsburgh. She loved it there—the people, the hills, hollers, and valleys, the history, and the proverbial Philly cheesesteak hoagies. However, there was a breed of people that even the locals dubbed “Pennsyltucky”-part Pennsylvanian, part Kentuckian, beacause of their ghetto hillbilly ways. “Yoh, dis dude, he has da look and be speakin’ some pure Pennsyltucky, man! Yeahuh!” This type of look and dress and talk is even more prevalent in the PA, Maryland, DC area among whites who wannabe black and all urban. Even so called journalists on national and local tv who are white, have for over 15 years urbanized their speech. They now tell us about crime on the “shtreets”. Any word that begins with an “st” or “str” consonant string, has a slushy “s”, just like in rap songs. As a speech pathologist who has worked with people wanting to correct their lisps, I find this evolution of speech patterns fascinating.

Ever since the ’50s, the glorification of low-class ghetto black culture epitomized by the longing for “authenticity” in rocknroll “music” has made this inevitable.

Middle-class white kids have been evangelized to feel shame for their lack of soul for well over half a century. Why should “thuglish” surprise anybody?

  • sam April 30, 2021, 9:04 AM

Rock & Roll music was white kids music but now white kids dont seem to have music . They all follow rap music . What happened to them? There was allways black and white music and now white music disappeared.

    Wow.
Watching what appears to be a Caucasian speaking something that sounds like a cross between ebonics and gargling gravel just makes me feel sorry for what’s happened to society.
I used to be completely against abortion, however- I now approve use of it for “certain types” of people, like the obviously worthless POS in the above video.
Notice the “please don’t hire me for any type of job” tattoos all over him?

I’d wager the guy will be back in prison multiple times, then repeatedly released on “reduced sentences” to further tarnish and destroy what’s left of our country.

Sam sed: “Rock & Roll music was white kids music but now white kids dont seem to have music . ”
    ======
As I’ve mentioned here before, music has not been taught in the public schools for a long time.
When I was in 1st grade in 1961 very rudimentary “music” was taught to all the students, through lesson, and example, and in doing. By 3rd grade all the students had the opportunity to play any instrument they liked, I chose trumpet, and took lessons during school through 6th grade. In 7th through 9th grade the junior high school I went to had an actual “Choral Room”, a stand alone building for that purpose.

By learning the basics at an early age students appreciated what music was all about. The popularity of the urban ghetto sounds is due to the vacuum left by the absence of proper music teaching. If you “know” music you will never like rap, as they are polar opposites.

Sometimes I can get confused about things and occasionally I’ll do a thing that could have been done better but I’ve never been off plumb about my race, my identity, my gender or my adult behavior. Etc.

I’ll wager that this ass clown was bred by criminal thugs, born a criminal thug and raised as a criminal thug who readily enhanced his criminal thug self by embracing negro criminal thugness.

I cannot imagine having to live around this kind of of chap.

  • EX-Californian Pete May 1, 2021, 9:51 AM

Ghost is correct- it seems that the “music” most Middle and High Schools teach nowadays is “urban ghetto sounds,” instead of all the great stuff we grew up with. I guess it’s just part of the attack on American culture- the “forced diversity” that’s poisoning our nation.

Something else that appalls me is that there seems to be extremely few (if any) schools that have a Wood Shop or Metal Shop, or even the latter version of it, usually called “Industrial Arts.”
    Can anyone explain WHY?

One friend suggested it might be due to the ‘liability factor’, and another jokingly said they’re terrified that if they teach kids how to work with wood & metal, they could turn out to be (gasp!) GUNSMITHS!

Need an example of just how intolerably disgusting the “modern music” of today has become?
    Here’s the perfect example- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JOb5LEnRoc

WARNING & DISCLAIMER-it’s “racist,” (unless you’re black) it’s demeaning, and offensive.
And if you’re as mentally deranged as I am, it’s also kind of funny.

Prison is like grad school. You can’t just walk in. In fact, it takes a pretty substantial effort to get there. But holy cow, look what an education can do for a guy.

Few year back I befriended a PHD, gent named Mike Leeds, out of Eugene Or. he was a Psy, and a researcher. Actually a fascinating gent, at the time he was researching different cultures, and their youths right of passage.

Example would be Hispanics have specific partied for their youth when they become of age. 18, I think.
Jewish folk and many other cultures aswell.

Mikes research had led him to a probability of whites, and white youth. The fact that as a culture we don’t actually have a “ acknowledgement/a welcome aboard “party or gathering “ for young men especially.

He’s position was that our youth never are really acknowledge for their coming of age. Sounds screwy, but after many many nights after midnight pushing a squad car around town, board to death, I came to the conclusion that Mike was on to something. “ maybe”

Our youth are seeking expectance, at some cognitive level,,,, it’s human nature “ which we white guys don’t acknowledge”. Yet Gangs, other nefarious sets, clubs, crews, Do. If I recall correctly is white guys are one of the few cultures/nations who don’t officially acknowledge our youths coming of age, “ adulthood”.

I’ve not seen no spoken with Dr. Leeds in many years. However his research did change our contribution for our children. Based on his research, my wife and me, did have a coming of age acknowledgement gathering for our children. Surrounding them with their peers of the past 18 years.

Each adult stood and personally spoke on their view of Bryson and Lauren’s youth, weakness and strengths.

The message being from thirty successful adults, is/was welcome to adulthood.

Without asking we will never know if this gathering had impact. We would like to believe it did. But believe it’s up to them to mention impacts or ?
