James Dellingpole in one of his podcasts talked about Boris Johnson at school and at university being notorious for being some kind of compulsive sex addict who could never be relied upon to keep an appointment because would run off and shag a bird if he bumped into one on the way to appointment/meeting and then show up much later if at all and laugh it off and lay on the easy charm.
