Noted In Passing: Advice from “Human” Resources aka “Angry women just like me.”

This poor soul needs to be placed on Epstein-suicide-watch right away. There is so much boiling inside her that is desperate and lonely and self-righteous and broken . . . and yet still setting and Satanic. You feel both horrified, repulsed, and for a moment concerned for a soul with mental illness this deep and profound. Then you see the endless lives she is committed to ruining and the soul-dead nature of her, well, her soul, and you just have to let her drop into Limbo for an eternity or two:

“So this is I’m looking at you freedom fighters, free-dumb fighters. We always had freedom, you know, charters and rights and freedom that would tell you that, but since you seem to forget that and you’re all loud and proud with your big thoughts and your big ideas and you want to, whatever, f*cking set up hot tubs in Ottawa.”

“I’m a recruiter. It’s a small, small, small industry. Smaller than you think. Same with HR. So, if you’re looking for a job, or maybe trying to keep a job, maybe, just maybe think about what you’re putting on social media.”

“Again, freedom fighters, I know you’re not really great with stats and, you know, facts aren’t your thing, you know, but what I can tell you what is the fact is that recruiters talk and recruiters, like the majority of Canada, don’t agree with you.”

“Do you know what that means? Do have any guesses? Any guesses what that means? What that means is that if you need a job, you might not get one. If you want to keep a job, you might not get to do that.

“And you know what else HR’s good at? Documentation. You know what that means? You want to be an a**hole. We document it. We give you a couple of tries, then what do we do? We terminate you with cause, if we’re so lucky. If not, we give you the minimum allowed by law.

“Either way, best of luck to you. Recruiters are watching. HR is watching everywhere, and we hate you. We hate you so much. And you think we can’t do anything? Oh we can. We have the power. Always remember that. Doesn’t matter if there’s a f*cking man at the top of your HR department. It’s run by women. And it’s run by angry women just like me.”

UPDATE: While we are on the subject of angry women and the botox that freezes their smiles and grimaces. . .

Oh… today being the 8th we remember with anger and sadness the perfidious unprovoked North Korean attack on the USS Puebelo. Long may we not forget this example of treacherous bastardry!

Or was it the USS Liberty? Oops.. it was. Got my wires crossed. I do that sometimes. Today is the 54th anniversary of absolutely nothing happening at all. Nothing to see here. Move along! Ponies!

Back in my corporate-worker days, we always used to refer to the HR department as ‘Human Remains’. Still applies, I see; another concept standing the test of time.

Up until about 10 to 15 years ago, I suppose I lived in a sort of cocoon in a rural area of Texas. I never really thought there was a lot of true evil and demons in the world. The last few years have convinced me that they are present even in this little pocket of conservatism. Proof is that there are people even in this tiny county who still vote Democrat.

Well, HR Lady is right about two things –
    1. Your social media posts live forever, and will be used against you.
    2. HR – a made up profession from what used to be the payroll department – is full of people like this.

    • Arty June 9, 2022, 8:57 AM

      There’s still people who don’t understand #1

    • tired dog June 9, 2022, 1:38 PM

Worked payroll for a few years in a big company. When payroll was sent to some third world paradise or other I did not qualify to work HR (we’d already gone through quite a gang of HR clowns, many of whom were there but a short time.) No matter, guess I was a bit too alive and too thoughtful to fit in there.

  • Matthew W June 8, 2022, 7:14 AM

    Dreams of Camelot.

Back in the eighties, there was a company in Massachusetts that dissolved its HR department. Fired everybody, farmed the payroll function out to ADP, and even took down all the signs and nameplates from the doors and burned them.

That company (in Telcomm) had won a big contract, but to full-fill it they had to expand, they needed a stream of new hires and the HR people were delivering in dribs and drabs. First interviews, second interviews and processing everything with glacial speed. Also, their preference was for ‘College experience’ rather than ‘Work experience’. In other words, for people like them.

After the great purging, the company execs and supervisors hauled out boxes of resumes that had been received in response to an expensive ad campaign, most still unopened.

They found my resume and since half of the managers had worked with me in other companies I was one of the first they called.

“Thanks, I have a job, what took you so long to call? I’d forgotten that I had replied. ”

The handwritten note on my resume said, “College dropout, do not hire”.

No, this poor soul needs to be placed on suicide assistance. ‘Yes I understand you need help ma’am, that’s what I’m here for. Now put the pointy end in your mouth and hook your big toe in that round thing near the other end’.

OK, I’m confused about the video from the Snarky-faced HR lady. Was this supposed to be HR truth-in-labeling? Or one of those Freudian-slip rants that inadvertently revealed HR’s inner commissars? Either way, it certainly firmed up my impression that HR is certainly not the employee’s friend, and possibly not the company’s either.

How uncaring of you. Certain people might…, I dunno… send her nasty emails, or deluge her current employer (“Good Shepherd”? Really?) with emails demanding her retirement or firing. Or something.

    • jwm June 8, 2022, 9:46 AM

Look at the resume full of fluff. She’s been in HR since 2010.
Average tenure 1 year 6 months. Not much time to build up seniority.
I’m guessing she isn’t very good at what she does.

      Wow….a sho’nuff triple C***.

Someone with a little talent should send her Twit Rant to her current employer, to every other firm with whom she worked and to all of the HR organizations they can locate within her state. Permit them to have a taste of this dredge from the honey ditch of HR.

I could not give a shi7 less about business, and HR. The demoniac in the first vid just confirms my bias.

The congresswoman with the e car. She can eat my (excerpted). Her actual hubris is so thick you could stand a fork up in it. I could find something funny in it, except that my state governor has declared that all of my vehicles are proposed contraband. He has, and for some reason unknowable to facts or science, declared war on fossil fuels.

Given range limitations, there is no EV on the market which can get you from MI to DC (475) in “over the weekend” except under ideal driving conditions so she is full of shit on numerous levels.

I am loathe to praise Vox Day, but his “SJWs Always Lie” series of books called this HR thing years ago. What’s more, he tells you how to handle them. I consider them required reading for anyone entering the corporate world, at any level, any age.

Corporate? Hell, they apply to all phases of social life. I gave copies to a female friend who owned a shop when all her “buddies” suddenly attacked her for some lefty shit. Her comment after was to thank me and wish she had read them a year before.

I just noticed that my copy is three feet away. I think I’ll review it just to refresh.

This, from The Western Journal, about the corrupt and ill-headed Enviro-Nazis, and their idiot cars.
    https://www.westernjournal.com/gm-official-bragged-electric-car-reporter-forced-admit-charging-electricity-comes/?utm_source=site&utm_medium=aggregator10&utm_campaign=can

Democrat(ic) Congresswoman StabMeNow, brags about her fukn stupid electric vehicle, and how she laughs at you as she drives past the gas stations where you are paying her parties’ corrupt gas tax on sheep. Next vid: General Motors spokeswoman Zimmerman, when asked about her beautiful e car, says the power is “coming from the building”. Then, she realizes it’s: coal. GM hires very dim bulbs, don’t they?

A WSJ reporter, in a fit of reporting, details how she drove her idiotic e car on a reasonably long road trip, and had to charge the motherfucker longer than her hotel sleeps along the way. She basically slept, ate, wrote her stories, and generally loitered around with her thumbupherass while the goddamned thing charged! Whose laughing at the gas station fillers now?

  • Diana June 9, 2022, 11:43 AM

You’re right “Little Debbie” that you didn’t stop at gas stations. But you did have to plug in who knows for how many times and for how long. Be “GREEN” and ride a donkey.

HR-type females and Karens were once called “scolds”. They were considered a nuisance to the community and, if refusing to modify their behavior, had to wear a “scold’s bridle” until further notice. Such punishments were popular in England and in the American colonies.

“It functioned to silence the wearer from speaking entirely, and caused extreme pain and physiological trauma to scare and intimidate the wearer into submission. The scold’s bridle was overwhelmingly used on women, often at the request of husbands or other family members. This prevented speaking and resulted in many unpleasant side effects for the wearer, including excessive salivation and fatigue in the mouth. For extra humiliation, a bell could also be attached to draw in crowds. The wearer was then led around town by a leash.”

    https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/23/Scoldengravingalpha.jpg

Imagine every Democrat woke female being forced to wear one.

    • ghostsniper June 9, 2022, 6:04 PM

You’d think the mere threat of being forced to don such a thing would be enough wouldn’t you?
      Apparently not.
Takes some longer than others I suppose.

      • Mike Austin June 9, 2022, 6:28 PM

The indisputable fact is that we have turned out governance over to women. The results are all around us. A healthy, masculine society would put an end to this “rule of estrogen” in a heartbeat. The women would actually be relieved that men were acting like men. They could return to what they do best, to what they were created for.

Women make poor examples of men. Men make poor examples of women. A question: How many real men are in the Biden administration?
