Although shy in such exalted commenting company, I feel I must point out another truly bizarre double standard of the leftists castigating Foley et al. They're on the case not only for the actual or attempted abuse of minors but because somehow the parents of these boys weren't allowed to check off on the relationship.

But how is this different for girls the same age, who any good leftist will insist have a "right" to get an birth control or an abortion without parental knowledge or consent? They consider it a near hanging offense that anyone knew about and ignored TEXT MESSAGES to teen boys while approving of Planned Parenthood's activities, which undoubtedly sometimes conceal statutory rape of teen girls?

Corn's got zero credibility after making an ass of himself over Plamegate. He really can't be taken seriously. On the guy you're talking about, Cox, he ought to cause a stir if he can get a big enough following in Iowa. If the Dems turn out to be responsible for this brouhaha, they have set the Gay Movement back by at least a dozen years. They've given renewed impetus to the gay=pedophile belief that had almost gone away.
