This is a blatant attempt to silence any debate on the issue. About 2 years ago, Mark Trahant, edotor at the Seattle Times stated that the paper would no longer publish any information that showed AGW was in doubt. I thought he was just a whacked out Seattle lefty who couldn't stand to see "truth" challenged. It is now apparent that there is a worldwide attempt to silence all debate on the issue.
Thomas P.M Barnett is a reasonably open minded strategic thinker who, although he is a moderate democrat, takes moderately conservative positions on many issues. He has, however, consumed the kool aid on this issue. He has banned me from his blog because I posted a comment there challenging Algore's "Inconvenient Truth."
This is very chilling to me. Glenn Beck is exactly right, these are fascist tactics aimed at free speech and open debate.
