Obamacare and the Constitution

Is it just me, or could we save a lot of time and money by just sending somebody around to see what Justice Kennedy thinks?

How about a couple of guys named Spike and Bubba to tell him what he thinks.

Replace King George with Justice Kennedy? I guess it's better than Emperor Obama and the CPUSA.

"...a couple of guys named Spike and Bubba..."

Or Guido and Rocky.

More family-oriented and business-friendly that way, yanno?

Fat Man, I like the way you think. Think about this scenario though. SCOTUS upholds the individual mandate, and we ride it to a 60 seat majority in the Senate, with the house and the presidency, then conduct a purge of all the communist pig-fuckers in the federal judiciary.

Ouch - the wise and studied experts on law, recommended by the President, reviewed by the ABA, approved by the Senate, are more predictable and less logical than the blow hard in the local beer joint. They are eloquent, I'll give them that.

It's sad and you hit it on the head. The SCOTUS should be embarrassed that it can all be distilled to what you recommend.
