ScarletJohanssoning: At Last, An Internet Photo Fad I Can Support

The last time there was an Internet fad I favored it was that one a few years back where idiots lay down on the centerline of busy highways and improved the gene pool in short order. Since then there have been countless thousands of others. Recent efforts were things like planking, which was good fun until the "Born-To-Be-Culled" started planking themselves on high ledges and rolling the wrong way. The resultant "plotching" quickly took the joy out of that one, as well as its more extremely stupid participants.

A more irritating trend of late is to fling oneself into the air and have the camera catch you there in stop motion. Then one turns around and presents these efforts as "levitation." This dim idiocy has also taken to being presented as "art." Yeah, right.

But there is hope. In the last week there has been an outbreak of something called "scarlettJohanssoning." This is an effort by the masses to bare their asses in the manner of Miss Johansson. For the moment I support this movement in mass anonymous nudity. But only for as long as it does not cause me to leap up from the chair and run screaming from the room shrieking, "I got THE FEAR!"

When it comes to scarlettJohanssoning there is a right way and a very wrong way. By way of example (And solely as an educational exercise)...

Here is the instantly famous original:

Here is the right way to scarlettjohansson:

And here is the just so wrong way to scarlettjohansson:

Any questions? Good. Class dismissed.

My EYES!!
Great, juuuust great. Now I gotta flush them with bleach. But (no pun, really) the redhead in the thong makes up for the damage.
Is there a Day By Day panel in the making here??

My eyes! The goggles do nothing!!!

It is great to start the day with a laugh. Thanks.

Now I know why we women are not visually oriented.

OK, Those were ugly.
But to everyone bitching, I have two words.
Chaz. Bono.
I could be soooo worse. (In todays top story, millions of people engage in projectile vomiting. Phlegm at 11...)

Ms. Johannson has a very comely flank, indeed. This is strictly a female sport, guys: it's an Odalisque pose of a very attractive woman. And no breasts; breasts make it too earthy.

The first few women that do this will make it exciting, then it is all downhill.

It's like spandex. There are those who can, and those who shouldn't.

Strong start. Gag inducing finish.

That was the gag.

I hope Scarlett doesn't give a damn about becoming verb.

Please don't give Huma's husband any ideas.

Posted by: PA Cat at September 17, 2011 4:04 PM

He's more interested in frontal nudity than backal nudity, PA Cat.

Thanks for spotlighting this new fad. Don't I have enough troubles already?

Fortunately, for you and all internet browsers, there is no "smart" phone with a lens or pixel count large enough to accommodate Lady M's caboose.

Some of you think the original Scarlet pic is . . . "ugly?"

That is both strange and disturbing. Are you, like, neutered or something?

Poor Bo!
