I admire NeoNeoCon. I'd like to be able to go into a long and insightful critique of the permanently deranged and outraged Palestinians and their outrage today about Romney, and couple that with my views about the media here that support the Palestinians' pathological droolings ... but if I did it would rapidly wear out my keyboard's

LOL. Concise and directly on point, as usual.
Posted by: Sara at July 30, 2012 4:37 PMThe Palestinians have progressed beyond FU and now fully deserve FOAD. ;-)

Posted by: sTevo at July 30, 2012 6:08 PMThey literally get away with murder while Israel is castigated in the world media daily. Abu Mazen is a holocaust denier and funded the Munich massacre. He said he felt that he didn't have to negotiate anymore since our "leader" made building apartments in Jerusalem an issue. The President created preconditions when there were none, and Mazen going to the UN unilaterally to be granted statehood tore up the last shred of the Oslo Accords, which they never abided by anyway. For the first time in history even the descendants of the original refugees from palestine are granted the same status, so that the original 650,000 refugees has now become 5 million. UNRWA is the "fund and perpetuate the refugees forever" program of the UN.
No wonder you kept it short, one could go on for quite some time.
He spoke the truth.
"It is your culture, stupid."
Rather refreshing to hear. You know, I don't think we can spare him. He acts too much like a man.
Posted by: Mikey NTH at July 30, 2012 7:47 PMA few years back I had opportunity to visit Jerusalem and walk through some of the old city. I remember the markets where one could purchase fresh produce and meats. The butcher stalls in the Jewish section smelled like, well, fresh meat. But the butcher stalls in the muslim section downright stank and did not look particularly sanitary.
Now I can imagine some lefty or "palestinian" trying to blame this on those mean Jews who somehow force those muslims to keep their stalls in such unsanitary condition, but I don't buy it. It was a microcosmic example of the difference between cultures. Romney is right on.
Posted by: Grizzly at July 30, 2012 8:31 PMSo, was Churchill being racist when he said the same thing in The River War?
"How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property - either as a child, a wife, or a concubine - must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the Queen; all know how to die; but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science - the science against which it had vainly struggled - the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient" Rome.
Posted by: Jewel at July 30, 2012 11:13 PM"fatalistic apathy." A perfect description of the Muslim belief in "inshallah." (Allah willing) Sloth and poverty follow as the night follows day.
Mohammedanism, socialism, communism, and fascism are all systems of belief that lead to economic stagnation or decline. The evidence since the beginning of the Twentieth Century is plain, yet the progs will not see it.

I closely studied the Koran especially because of our position with regard to the Muslim populations in Algeria and throughout the Orient. I admit that I came out of that study with the conviction that, all things considered, there had been few religions in the world so dreadful for men as that of Muhammad. It is, I believe, the major cause of the decadence today so visible in the Muslim world and though it is less absurd than ancient polytheism, it’s social and political tendencies, in my opinion much more to be feared. I see it relative to paganism itself as a decadence rather than an advance.
The thing that still continues to make me angry are the green houses. They belonged to the Israeli settlers and were left when they were forced out of the settlements. One of those international do-gooder organizations bought them for the Palestinians. They promptly trashed them. That's all I need to know. If someone is too stupid to grow their own food, they get what they deserve. The Palestinians have the contempt of the Arab world. Why should we give them any respect?
Posted by: Teri Pittman at July 31, 2012 12:59 PMJewel and James: Islam took the nomadic tribal raider culture of the desert and made that into a religion. It is no wonder it is composed of looters, no wonder that it cannot maintain simple civic order.
