Chris' cartoon fits nicely in with the biography of Samuel Adams that I'm reading. His ability with the mere pen to motivate and drive his countrymen toward inevitable revolution marked him for death in his day and historical amnesia in ours. His words are why we call men like him the founding fathers. It was from their words their deeds flowed. Now we have a bloated dictionary full of meaningless words, and we've devalued the only currency more priceless than gold.
