Labor Secretary Carl Sagan John Kerry isn't impressed with the March job-creation numbers. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are only 8.4 million unemployed people in America. As long as Kerry is promising to create more jobs than there are people to take them, why doesn't he go all the way and promise "billions and billions"?
