The channel (EC2) EC2 – YouTube is a subchannel to Essential Craftsman. It’s a long-form podcast/interview series that’s been going for a couple of years. The channel focuses on people that are masters of their craft. There are many fascinating and informative interviews, but this one is among the best.
Today they are looking at chickens but more importantly the role of bees. In so doing they focus on the almond groves of northern California which are now in bloom… just two miles away and I’m leaving now for a picnic in those groves. See you later.
