Let’s Review 14

Probably the best thing about the current nuclear wave of Tranny Mania is that, if left unimpeded, it will destroy women’s sports,    firmly establish that gender is real and that men and women have different mean levels of athletic ability, anger lesbian feminists to the point where they engage in brutal and prolonged bloody street battles to establish dominance over male-to-female trannies, and herald in a new era where everyone returns to traditional gender roles, men stop being such pussies, and women wear chaste and modest Amish clothing while th ey resume baking pies.

New Details Emerge From Bizarre Police Shooting Arapahoe County Deputies and Colorado State Troopers poured more than 50 shots into a stationary car in March believing the driver was armed. It now turns out she was only armed with either a dustbuster or tire jack but emerged unscathed. However at least one deputy inadvertently shot up a marked state patrol unit during the unusual standoff. In about 30 minutes, from approximately 75 feet away, deputies and troopers fired 55 rounds at Johnson’s car from AR-15 rifles, .40 caliber pistols, and a shotgun. Not a single round hit her. “I am surprised,” said Walcher.

Even though Marx’s ideas led to far more deaths than Hitler’s ideas, at least Marx’s ideas were for a good cause, and sometimes when you make an omelet you have to break 100 million eggs. It doesn’t even matter if the omelet was never made—it was the thought that counted. Self-Righteous Violence – Taki’s Magazine

By nightfall on Friday 5 December the smothering fog grew even more dense and visibility in most of London dropped to a few metres. During the next day the sun was too weak and low in the sky to make much of an impression on the fog and that night, and on the Sunday and Monday nights, it again thickened. In most of capitalit was almost impossible for pedestrians, totally disorientated through lack of familiar landmarks, to find their way home. ‘A Proper Pea-Souper’ – The Dreadful London Smog of 1952

Hand-held device : They still eat, and they are happy to do surveys. I gather from other journalistic revelations that “the Millennials” and the “iGens” (that’s the generation after) have rejected “institutional religion.” This was no surprise — it was already rejected in the Spirit of Vatican II — but in addition the young no longer describe themselves as “spiritual,” either. “Heaven” interests them less than foie gras, which can at least be put in a sandwich. We needn’t go into their moral ideas, which though sometimes strident, are perfectly externalized. While they have rejected family life, too, they’d rather stay indoors. They are uncomfortable with direct human contact, to the point of preferring not only shrinkwrap to menus, but pornography to sex.

Why the Democrats Will Run Michelle Obama in 2020 The Dems need a proven commodity, a Princeton under-grad with a Harvard Law degree. Magna cum laude. A spotless record, no sordid affairs, embarrassing arrests or spotty personal history. A paragon, a shining example of strength, virtue, perseverance. A telegenic, charismatic pillar of the community who can deliver a barnburner with the best of them. A black woman whose name recognition makes her the most formidable candidate in the country today, bar none. Michelle Obama. It’s as plain as the nose on your face.

Trapped inside for eternity: 100 million-year-old baby bird preserved in amber Researchers have come across a monumental discovery trapped inside a piece of Burmese amber. Containing the head, neck, as well as the wings and tail, the specimen is that of a remarkably complete body of a 100-million-year-old bird. Most probably, the bird was just a couple of days old when it fell into sap that then turned to amber, trapping it inside for eternity.

“On my honor, sir, I thought commies could fly.” Helicopterism: the idea that someone who actively attempts to install a tyrannical, murderous ideology in your country is due a free, one-way helicopter ride with a destination somewhere over the Pacific. Curious About Helicopterism? Let Me Explain.

So, after the dust settles from the sexual harassment apocalypse and the piles of bodies have burned down to embers, it looks like the last man standing will probably be Mike Pence. You all remember Mike. He’s the guy all the progressive cognoscenti jeered at when he mentioned a while back that he never meets with any woman alone, and certainly not without his wife being present.” The Morning Rant

Playgrounds for Elites Cities today are about as politically diverse as the former Soviet Union; they are increasingly dominated by “the civic Left,” for which pragmatism and moderation represent weakness and compromise.

The Daring Journey Across Antarctica That Became a Nightmare Cherry-Garrard was near-sighted, and in the cold his glasses frosted over, but without them he was effectively blind. The other two had to lead, but even with normal eyesight they couldn’t see much, and fell into crevasses fairly often.

Running Michelle Obama: Do it. The Left said the same thing in regards to Trump. The world situation is so “interesting” right now, I wouldn’t take that bet.

“Photos of the crime scene obtained by CBS4 also show that in the bursts of gunfire, an Arapahoe County deputy accidentally shot up a state patrol cruiser. Reports suggest the patrol vehicle was struck 28 times.”

And 55 more rounds into the victims small car, that was all lit up like a science lab by patrol car spotlights, from AR15’s from about 75′ away, and not 1 round hit the victim. How is that even possible?

If you can’t hit a head in 1 shot from 75′ away with an AR15 you have no business possessing that gun. period

Each of the shooters and their bosses should be fired, benefits revoked, and then jailed for committing multiple felonies. Just like regular citizens would if they did all of that.

Sidenote: How did they determine a person using a burner phone didn’t make the call? Don’t give me that triangulation nonsense, these assholes can’t even pull a trigger properly.

As Professor John Lott proved in the book “More Guns, Less Crimes”, citizens are more than 13 times as likely to be shot by a cop than another citizen.

It seems the number one requirement to be a cop now is that you have to identify as a terrified little gurl.

Michelle is as likeable as Hillary. Also, how many high-schoolers who saw her lunches will be able to vote in 2020?

  • Gordon December 8, 2017, 6:42 PM

This is a link to the body cam footage of a Mesa AZ cop slaughtering an unarmed, non-threatening civilian because the cop was told someone reported seeing a gun in a motel room. The cop never saw a gun. The victim never threatened the cop in any way. He was quite clearly trying to comply with the cops threatening demands.

The cop was found not guilty today of second-degree murder, and manslaughter. He is now asking for his job back.

We have allowed our police to become killers.

  • Casey Klahn December 8, 2017, 10:42 PM

The Keystone Cops of Colorado (and Gordon’s one in Mesa) forgot what minimum force necessary means. If I were the mayor, I’d take away half of their guns, arming only every second cop, and make that cop keep an empty chamber. Furthermore, I’d make them suffer a weapons hold status until cleared by command, and the command wouldn’t be able to order a shooting unless they had their own eyes on the targeted citizen.
The story describes nothing less than a reconnaissance by fire of that lady’s car.
If she’d only had the good sense to die in the onslaught, they could’ve at least dropped a gun on her after the murder.
Maybe Arapahoe County needs billboards coming into and out of their county warning citizens of their trigger-happy deputies.

  • Gordon December 9, 2017, 5:48 AM

Casey, I’d hope that the morning after this incident, when the mayor had viewed the bodycam video, he would have told his police chief that within 24 hours, every cop would have received and signed a written statement that the incident was horrible, criminal and anything remotely like that happening would result in fired cops, no appeals. Within one week, a training program that would begin the process of retraining this murderous intent out of the force, and within one month an analysis of all police files to try to identify malevolent idiots like this guy. If the chief speaks one word other than “yes, sir” he’s fired, and his first subordinate gets the job.

This poor father did nothing wrong. It is not unlawful to have a pistol in a hotel room. It is not unlawful to walk innocently out of hotel room. Everything about this, including the engraving on the murder weapon (YOU’RE FUCKED) screams that Mesa has a police culture that seeks opportunity to kill citizens. The jury was not told of the engraving; can’t prejudice them, you know. It wouldn’t be fair to the guy who gunned down a citizen for no good reason.

That dustcover was etched after the fact in violation of dept policy,
When building my AR I saw that etched dustcovers were a popular option that I didn’t care for. Mine is for “go” not show. That punk and his entire immediate family needs to vanish so as to serve as a warning to other thugs contemplating such a thing and depts should be forced to stop hiring little bitches that fear for their lives. If you are carrying at least 3 firearms and 100+ rounds of ammo, surrounded by half a dozen cohorts armed likewise and are approached by a clearly unarmed person crawling on the floor in shorts and Tshirt how in the world can you fear for your life?

  • Gordon December 9, 2017, 9:27 AM

Ghost, I can’t even understand the mentality. Six cops. Citizens who are completely unthreatening, clearly in fear. They have a rifle on the guy. 20 feet; not likely to miss. Why did they have him crawling toward them? Why the “if you make one false move we’re going to kill you!” You have six cops! He’s on his face, legs crossed, fingers interlaced. Have one cop walk up on his right side, out of the line of fire, and cuff him.

This all assumes that the cops had any right at all to approach him in that manner. They didn’t. They had a vague unconfirmed report that some guy had a pistol. It is NOT unlawful to have a pistol in a hotel room. If it were the Secret Service would all be felons beyond the hooker romps.

  • Gordon December 9, 2017, 9:36 AM

Oh yeah. Hotel rooms still have hard wired phones. I can’t remember the last time someone called me on one, but they’re there. Have a guy at the desk have the clerk patch through your cell to the room phone. If they don’t answer, consider other options. But they’ll answer. “Say, we had a report that you have gun in there. You do? Okay, who is in there? Oh, it’s a pellet gun? Would you mind opening your door and showing us? Thanks, we’re right outside your door.

Oh, what a backstory she has! Contrary to the idea of “spotless,” her own remarks about the country would keep everyone but racial voters and the hard left from voting for her…and that’s not to mention her association with the man and the administration that is rapidly becoming known as the worst and most corrupt in history.

  • ghostsniper December 9, 2017, 5:46 PM

@Gordon, over at WRSA they are ripping this up too and in the comments is a link to a criminal situation in Japan but the perp actually had a shotgun in his hands, and how the Japanese cops handled. Quite a contrast, and will remind you of how cops used to be in this country maybe 30 years ago or so.

There are several lessons to be learned here by people that are paying attention.
Here are just a few quick ones.
    1. Do not get drunk in public places.
    2. Do not put yourself in a position where complete strangers can call the cops on you.
    3. Never trust gov’t employees.
    4. ALWAYS be armed when out in public. Yes you can.

  • Vanderleun December 9, 2017, 6:02 PM

    Nice pointers, Publius.
    Nice warnings and insights, everyone.

“ A telegenic, charismatic pillar of the community…”
Well that disqualifies Mooch right there!

  • azlibertarian December 9, 2017, 7:17 PM

I don’t know nuthin’ about nuthin’, but the other thing that strikes me odd about that Colorado police shooting is the number and location of the bullet holes in the police car. After the first, or maybe second time I had shot the concealment I was hiding behind, I might have learned to adjust a bit. But those holes look like they’re on the police car’s roof, which tells me the police were standing behind the car. What kind of police training leads a policeman to stand behind a couple panes of auto glass against what they thought was an armed subject?

  • Gordon December 9, 2017, 9:27 PM

Radley Balko charts how we got here in The Rise of the Warrior Cop. I’m old enough to remember how it was before.

  • pbird December 10, 2017, 3:43 PM

The Mesa story has disgusted me more than anything else in a long while. That little scared small tiny man shouldn’t be in charge of a broom. He might hurt himself.
