Jordan Peterson has a few choice words for the rathole that is Twitter.

This is just the last couple of minutes in this classic burning down rant regarding his Twitter Ban – YouTube

I pray Jordan does (is) not burn(ing) out.

Jordy Baby is propelled inexorably by inner demons (or his Socratic Daimon if you’re being more charitable) toward the good old-fashioned DNA-inscribed mimetic ending for prophets and inveterate truth (mostly in his case, but he won’t go some places) tellers:

It’s a grand show. We haven’t had a good one for a good while.

Burnings you say? In a while… In a while.

    Thank you Jordan Peterson.
As usual, you are perfectly clear and she, him, it and they are not.

I believe he thinks he has “fuck you” money. I hope so, and if he doesn’t, Ben Shapiro is going to give it to him.

Stay tuned for Jordan Peterson Unbound.

Ben Shapiro Money + Unbound ==> Oxymoron.

He who pays the piper calls the tune.

But you will get to see some Ponies!

Oh yes. He will be epic.

I fail to understand why people get bent out of shape when social media platforms use their property as they see fit. I did not view the vid nor will I and I don’t use twitter or FB or any of the other silly mechanisms. As far as JP goes, he is a continuous emotional basket case has nothing to say that I don’t already know or see any value in. He’s a time sink.

JP has a great mind but during the last few years I’ve watched him morph into a very odd duck. He thinks and understands in the stratosphere but he seems to be unaware that he cannot change anything and that he should choose being happy with his own life over being ‘right’; a simple skill many aren’t even aware that exists.

He is also unaware that 99% of the people in the good old USA don’t have any idea of just WTF he’s talking about and they don’t care. JP should be happy to permit these peeps to go to Hell in their own way.

“social media platforms use their property as they see fit”
Because they are conspiring with the government to do the government’s bidding.
      That’s not good.

Alex Berenson, who writes mostly about CoronaVirus, was banned by Twitter for “disinformation”; he has been sueing Twitter.
        https://alexberenson.substack.com/p/lifting-the-kimono-uh-oh-trigger

Usually these disputes revolve around the question of whether a private company is a common carrier [like a phone company which must carry all conversations without being allowed to censor or edit them] or a Publisher which may edit, delete and censor, but thereby becomes liable for what is published. [Twitter, Facebook et al do not want to be considered publishers, but they’re behavior shows that they don’t want to allow unfettered common carrier access for their users either. They want it both ways, when it’s convenient for them].

BUT .. this case revolves around a different question: is Twitter acting on behalf of the federal government, which obviously would make Twitter subject to sanctions if it violates the First Amendment.
That question makes this case one of the most important cases around. Especially when coupled with Elon Musk’s Due Diligence regarding his proposed purchase of Twitter.

“By the time the hearing ended, I thought it was possible that [Judge] Alsup would not merely allow the case to go forward on my breach-of-contract claim but at least one of my broader claims – either that California law defined Twitter as a common carrier and obliged it to carry all tweets or that Twitter was acting as a state actor on behalf of the federal government when it deplatformed me.”

Master of a “phrase well turned”.

“First do no harm”, yes, I can not understand why any and all surgeons that preform ‘Gender Re-assignment Surgery’ aren’t getting their licenses to practice medicine pulled on the spot.

    • Jack July 2, 2022, 7:27 AM

Surgeons are famous for their banter during surgery and I can only imagine what kind of humor is created by a surgical team, over the form of some FUBAR individual under the bright lights, while deep in another world under anesthesia. The jokes are probably getting old by now.
