    Wow.

    We make hell for ourselves.
As simple an idea as it is on the surface hell is largely populated by those who participate in it’s construction.

We’re not quite obsolete. Yet. We’re worse in the eyes of the state. We dare to question. Dare to live our lives the way see fit. Why can’t we be left alone? To be left alone would be to think for ourselves, to enjoy the fruits of our labor, to associate with who we please. But the state can’t tolerate that, so we’re labeled white supremacists, insurgents, terrorists, worse than isis, and the man we voted for is compared to Bin Laden. Stick together y’all. We have no choice.

Very well stated response. Our best defense is joining with our like minded neighbors in opposition to all probes or attacks on our liberties/rights. Starting with local gov bureaucrats and elected lords. Strength is in numbers. The main obstacle is our individualism inhibits our necessary need to become a force of many individuals. And every defensive group must have an agreed on leader. Study the US Constitution and have copy close by. That is our law, period. Be outspoken in your belief system. The enemy hates that and fears us already. Especially since the past election fiasco.

The troops the dems/repubs ordered to the Capitol in their show of force despised them.

    Resist, resist, resist.

No revolution has every been planned on the internet.

Awfully nice weather we’re having, isn’t it?

  • brinster January 22, 2021, 8:31 AM

Sure is John. We’re having sunshine here. Thank you Fauxpresident Biden!

You mean it “Takes a Village” to raise a child? Oh the irony…

Probably my favorite episode of the many great Twilight Zones. “In the name of God let me out!” “Yes, in the Name of God I will let you out.” BOOM!

The NG. The chain of command is either POTUS – NorthCom – units participating in DC, or else it could be POTUS – NGB – units in DC. All commanders in this chain will have to answer for this horse shit. If capitol police or the mayor of DC actually did give a vacate “order,” this shit will never float again. The next order they give will probably be met with a shrug and a middle finger.

The TZ with Rod Serling is great stuff. The state. The state. Wow, that is some powerful writing and on point today like never before. Burgess Meredith was great, too, BTW. I am also reminded of The Space Trilogy by C.S. Lewis, which had some very trenchcoat and statist George Orwelliam stuff in it.

Angry today, like always. Yes, I am organizing the local terrain in my mind, and visualizing my county and state as a sort of battle space. Whether that is kinetic, or not, is up to the goons who’d like to take my stuff away. They keep saying they will, and then telling me I’m paranoid.

saw this as a child, 7-8, with a neighbor kid while our parents and others gathered in the basement rec room (w/full bar) for, are you ready?- cha-cha lessons on a friday night.

    this was my propaganda.
written by a guy who jumped into europe.

    totalitarianism illustrated was topical then.

    “We make hell for ourselves.
As simple an idea as it is on the surface hell is largely populated by those who participate in it’s construction.”

my brother, now long-passed, my only sibling and ten years my senior to the week, suffered a fractured skull from a discus at a track meet when 19 years old. he had the experience some have of dying on the operating table, floating above the procedure, going to a place he did not want to leave, and returning. he was profoundly affected by this.

he later proved to himself it was real. he spoke of it little, but said to me once “if hell exists, we’re living it now.”

A major problem with linking with “like minded” people is that the mindset that has been bred into people now, and the environment in which we live anyone can be bought off. Your best friend today could be your worst enemy tomorrow. He can be captured and faced with life threatening challenges by dark forces he will turn on you with little hesitation. Put yourself in his place. They show you a conjured video of you raping a child and tell you they will show it to your wife, employer, church, news services unless you comply with their demands. Yes, you will cave, and so will anybody else.

You can only trust people you have known closely for a long time and even then the above can still occur. Essentially, when it comes down to it, you are an island in hostile waters. But, you have the ability, still, to leave those waters. At what point do you determine that it is better to leave the sinking ship?

Want to see an *even more relevant* TWILIGHT ZONE episode? Check out “Four O’Clock,” which stars Theodor Bikel as a lone crank destroying the lives of total strangers with a poison-pen/-phonecall crusade, and planning to turn all the *bad people* into a race of midgets come 4:00pm that day. The show predicted *cancel culture* FIFTY YEARS before social media started to ruin all our lives.
