Only one I ever saw was the wiener dogs.
I remember the Budweiser ad, but I don’t think I ever saw it on TV.
Yesterday, as the blizzard was ending, a very bored electronics guy at Target tried to sell me a slightly used 55″ 4K TV for $350. I can remember when the first 4K TVs came out, and the price was $3500.
I can also remember the first TV I ever bought. It was a 13″ RCA color model, and it cost $300 in 1978.
I explained to the guy that I haven’t turned on my TV for about 18 months now. This isn’t virtue. I just don’t like watching TV any more.
Decades TV having a 77 Sunset Strip marathon.
Surprisingly enjoyable.
Those were fun! I haven’t seen any of them before, and won’t see them again.
Cut the TV cable over a decade ago, and haven’t missed it one bit. Just makes occasional commercials something to enjoy, instead of passionately loathing them!
