They, and millions of others, have been conditioned through 12+ years of indoctrination to use only a very small portion of their potential brain power. Any of them would gladly strap on a backpack filled with you know what and march right into the breach.
Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to avoid these things no matter what. If they are relatives your job is even tougher, but you got to harden your heart, and keep them away from you. Make the distance as far as possible.
