So did I. So did I. And 99% of the bloviatoriat commenting here. It’s humbling. I try to run my present opinions through the ‘Will I feel such an idiot next time around?’ filter. All I can say with any confidence is that if I’m still alive and kicking 20 years hence, I’ll look back with contentment and know that at least I’ve become a more cynical and hard-assed idiot.

The Propaganda machine took but a few months to turn the public from indifferent or opposed to prosecuting a war against Russia, to supporting it. Democracy is the rule of the most clever, amoral, and relentless.
Even if a substantial numer of the public is onto this latest scheme due to the past schemes, the political class will remain what it is. The disconnect grows.

After 8 years of klintin bush was a breath of fresh air that turned sour quickly. When it was made known that the klintins would not be prosecuted for their crimes I realized bush is just like his asswipe father. Further investigation revealed the entire bush family has been criminal since back at least to mid century. The us gov’t have been a rapacious criminal enterprise for a very long time. That time must end, for the sake of the world.

About a month into the O’Bomber regime Oliver Stone released a fascinating film. If you’ve never seen it find a copy of “W” and give it a whirl. My opinion is Stone didn’t embellish anything. The story is accurate for how this feckless moron’s life adventure was portrayed, from his “animal house” days in college, to being continually kicked upstairs by his parents, until he retired to the gated community in Dallas.
