    Brilliant. I endeavor to not watch the “news”, but every now and then I cruise through the various news show-grams. When did it happen that now everything is “Breaking News”?

    Is “Broken” news. As in ‘LIES”.

    I haven’t watched the news in many years. While I was still watching the lead story on the local 6 o’clock news one night was that a girl saw a snake in a vacant lot. They actually had an on-location reporter with shots of the vacant and snakeless lot being searched by firemen with serious looking cops standing by. That was the end for me.
