Gerard, FANTASTIC ! Every God fearing American should be required to watch this short video. Bishop Sheen represents the character and strength that I was accustomed to growing up as a Catholic and he perfectly described the “elite” of today, not “Thy will be done”, but “their will be done” or nothing. A most notable point that he made and so eloquently pointed out–the one with the bull horn is the leader. How many photographs have we seen of Ray Epps with the bullhorn.
Mister, we could use a man like Bishop Sheen again.
I watched him when I was a little boy growing up in the 50’s and early 60’s. Amazing man. We need more like him again. Talk about prescience! The truth never changes and the darkness that surrounds us has been there along time but the light of God always shines about us closer.
Bishop Sheen could have given that lecture yesterday, which would show—once again—the relevance of Christian Morality, Dogma and Tradition 2000 years after Our Savior walked among us.
There are few Sheens left in the Catholic hierarchy, most of whom have given themselves up to sodomy, open borders and “Climate Change”. Anti-pope “Francis”, like his master in Hell, has a particular hatred of Sheen, though the Bishop has been dead for 43 years.

So true, Mike. The message of the gospel lives, and can live within one, if they’ll just reach out their hand and heed words which still resonate with truth.
Our Enemy and his acolytes have no use for the Truth; in fact, they hate It.
A different time, a different place. That world no longer exists.
Garner Ted Armstrong was a great orator, also.
I’ve listened to both.
There are still great Catholic priests among us. I’ve known several really great ones that are generous and brilliant and every week give great sermons. Don’t despair, they’re still there!
Sheen addressed his church in New York on the occasion of his leaving. His words I’ll paraphrase as best I recollect- “The church is done. Christianity is done. But Christ is not done.”
Wise man, sadly organized religions a power grab, no different then any shady govt on the planet.
Organized religions a shit pond full of sick evil men and women now. Organized religion is about keeping that power in play.
That said their are shining examples of good, this man is a truth teller.
This current pope’s a dumpster fire, Crazy as a mad hatter.
Admittedly I have issues with organized religion, the hypocrisy within, yet I believe in God. Weird place to be.

Not really, Dirk, and you most definitely are not the only individual to be in that place. Organized, denominational religions have devolved into institutions, complete with bureaucracies to rival governments. Admittedly, not all have devolved, but the main power players in religion are now institutions, and not in a good way. Instead of sharing the gospel and the freedom which the gospel allows us as free men, they share a social message more akin to secular humanism, which is not why the church exists.
JV, amen! The word of god is good enough for me, and I know exactly where to find it. I don’t need a “switched on”preacher pissing up my back, with his views, or interpretation of the means of God.
I’m often offended by these people.
How is it I use to walk into a house of god, and didn’t feel like an scam was being run on all present.
Yet the past twenty years I feel like I need to leave my money locked in my truck, and an extra magazine for my church pistol.
Somethings changed drastically, I don’t think it’s me, admittedly it could be, but my relationship with Gods the same, so I question that change.
This I know, it’s clear an organized efforts in play to kill religion, religion has been the bedrock of this nations stability. For “ modern” agenda’s to go forward, believers gotta stop believing.
I have stopped, supporting the church, I’m tired of their hand out for money weekly.
That said, our little local church which my wife attends every Sunday, appears to do good work. I’ve just gotten to the point that I pick and choose which need we support with our contributions. I’ve recently heard of church money, money we tithe monthly going to some pretty sketchy things.
My wife’s benevolent, she tithes 15% of our annual income. That’s a chunk of change! I’ve asked her to back it down to 10%, I’ve learned over the past 40 years I need to pick my battles with her. “ haven’t we all”,,,,,,,This tithe thing is a looser for me.
