47 Days in the Killing of Portland, Oregon: Timeline of Shame and Spinelessness of Portland’s Mayor and Oregon’s Governor

Release Date:
July 16, 2020

“The city of Portland has been under siege for 47 straight days by a violent mob while local political leaders refuse to restore order to protect their city. Each night, lawless anarchists destroy and desecrate property, including the federal courthouse, and attack the brave law enforcement officers protecting it.

“A federal courthouse is a symbol of justice – to attack it is to attack America. Instead of addressing violent criminals in their communities, local and state leaders are instead focusing on placing blame on law enforcement and requesting fewer officers in their community. This failed response has only emboldened the violent mob as it escalates violence day after day.

“This siege can end if state and local officials decide to take appropriate action instead of refusing to enforce the law. DHS will not abdicate its solemn duty to protect federal facilities and those within them. Again, I reiterate the Department’s offer to assist local and state leaders to bring an end to the violence perpetuated by anarchists,” said Acting Secretary Chad Wolf

Wheeler has a will of iron and he must be stopped.

  • Lance de Boyle July 17, 2020, 4:18 PM

    Why stop it?
Let them scream and burn and smash all they want.
Let them burn government buildings. They can be rebuilt elsewhere.
    Let it spread.
Push back merely hardens their fake identities as bad ass good guys.
Air drop food and water, new hoodies.
Current efforts can’t possibly work because the cops aren’t allowed to shoot them. That stinking city isn’t worth one cop’s life or skull.
Eventually, another baby will be killed. Eventually, a father will get vengeance, and maybe the pols will no longer take their safety for granted.
Eventually a dictator will emerge supported by the citizens.
If not, then f%^$ it. Let it burn.
And when they go to the burbs and beyond, they will be taken down hard. And the defenders will be the core of militias and vigilantes.
Or maybe I need another shot of Jose Cuervo.

Taxpayers should strike. Why pay any taxes of any kind to a government that won’t protect you or your property, your business, your future and stability, and even worse, *encourages* violence by thugs and punks who contribute nothing to society but demand respect for tearing down statues, breaking windows, and setting everything on fire.

I’m pretty sure no responsible adult in any major city ever voted for chaos, anarchy, amd destruction. Your house isn’t worth shit right now if you live anywhere near this anarchy, and maybe not next year either. Or in ten years, depending on things go from here. We are watching the future of these places — and possibly our nation — get looted and torched right before our eyes in real time, while smug mayors and governors shrug.

Taxpayers are being played for suckers. We have now learned that if you live in or near a big city, the mayor of that city doesn’t care what you think or what you have built, and will happily destroy your life, liberty, business, and property for politics. They won’t come out and say it, but that don’t have to, their actions are all you need.

Jeff sed: “Why pay any taxes of any kind…..”
    =========
Right there. THAT is more important than most people know because they’ve been programmed to accept it. Most are too stupid, or scared, to take control of their lives. They are used to the yoke. and after a period of time, require it.

Suppose, every morning as you walk to your car to go to work a couple of punks demand you give them about $50 or else, what would you do. If you are “normal” you will call another set of punks to deal with the first set. If you were smart you’d disassociate from all punks and start behaving like you were free rather than just pretending to be free when it was convenient to do so, and wearing your comfortable yoke the rest of the time while your depression deepens and your blood pressure soars.

I read something from the Oregon Attorney General about how “dictatorial” the Feds were. I’m thinking if they were dictatorial, there would be shootings. Honestly, I know this looks like everyone is totally pro Antifa. I haven’t seen them talk to anyone that owns a business downtown. I haven’t seen them talk to property owners. There are a lot of pissed off people out there that won’t talk because they would be targeted.
