Allow me to offer a few suggestions that work very well for me.
When the news appalls me, rather than get angry or spiteful, I channel that “bad adrenaline” into a good workout, or go through a few dozen poomsae (TKD patterns) to ‘soothe the savage beast’ in my brain. A good pair of heavy dumbbells is worth their weight in gold.
Get a cheap heavy bag and wail on it. No technique needed, no special training, just beat it like it’s Obama’s face. By the time you start sweating, you’ll already feel calmer.
Reload more ammo, cast a few hundred more lead bullets, or powdercoat ones I’ve already cast.
Take a nice, relaxing drive, or in my case a nice Harley ride. (in a non-smoky area, if there are any in NorCal)
Go fishing- preferably on a small boat. Last I checked, Paradise Lake still has a good amount of water in it.
Go to an outdoor range. Yeah, I know that ammo may be impossible to get in Commiefornia, but perforating targets (even with a pellet gun or crossbow) is relaxing and satisfying. I suggest the range in Oroville. You might meet some like-minded folks there, too.
Join a “Sportsman’s Association.” (wink, wink- you know what I’m referring to)

We need a hub somewhere, where we can catalog the names of those Americans already lost and those missing in Afghanistan. Similar to what you tried to do after 9/11, it will be important to have our own source of information.
The feckless mainstream media will try to hide the scale of this disaster. Our “government” will certainly try to obscure the ugly body count.
But if there is an independent place people can report those they know to be dead or missing we can use our own media heroes to get the word out. I would volunteer to work on this project and so would countless others. Furious patriots would fully fund it immediately, if it had the backing (and scrutiny) of known and trusted people.
Perhaps some names need to be shielded for now. No one wants to help the murderers add to their kill lists. But the framework could be set up. Today a Federal Judge appointed by Obama not only refused to hear the evidence, but decided to destroy the attorneys who brought the case to her court. The financial attacks on all members of the bar who are trying to support an investigation into the election MUST STOP. Not only do the attacks harm the attorneys, but the far greater impact is the ominous and horrible threat of any future harm should anyone try to come against the Obama court, or the Biden election. We must have a legal community unafraid to come to court!. This is an African/American woman much lauded for her pro feminist (now marxist) activities as a private person. I don’t know what the legal process was, but I do know that in some states the evidence has not been allowed to be presented. I do know that this woman just wrote a 110 page rebuke that sounds like the political playbook from MSM. How can you rebut the evidence if your only concern is that the case was filed too soon after the event for an in depth investigation by the plaintiffs? Someone here suggested a center to gather the names of the dead and missing in Afghanistan. I would propose it is far more important that we form a center for gathering the funds to protect the attorneys and witnesses who have the courage to challenge the administration in court case after court case, after court case.

In some science disciplines, there are the competing principles of uniformitarianism and catastrophism. Uniformitarianism posits gradual change over long time periods. Catastrophism is change only happens fast and in response to unlooked-for events. To those living in the uniform times, the event and its consequent aftermaths is almost unimaginable and can’t be foreseen.
I begin to think that the unlooked-for events and fast change will soon be upon us. A person should attempt to think far outside the box, in order to help validate their actions today.
For instance, I noticed that Trump latest ad says unequivocally “President Donald Trump”. Is he positioning himself and his supporters to take swift advantage of a period of frightful chaos in the DC swamps? I can imagine the other nations are suddenly whispering to themselves “we’d rather have Trump back than this CF”. I imagine some of our own people, even non-Trump voters, are beginning to think likewise, I bet some military generals are too.

Allow me to offer a few suggestions that work very well for me.
When the news appalls me, rather than get angry or spiteful, I channel that “bad adrenaline” into a good workout, or go through a few dozen poomsae (TKD patterns) to ‘soothe the savage beast’ in my brain. A good pair of heavy dumbbells is worth their weight in gold.
Get a cheap heavy bag and wail on it. No technique needed, no special training, just beat it like it’s Obama’s face. By the time you start sweating, you’ll already feel calmer.
Reload more ammo, cast a few hundred more lead bullets, or powdercoat ones I’ve already cast.
Take a nice, relaxing drive, or in my case a nice Harley ride. (in a non-smoky area, if there are any in NorCal)
Go fishing- preferably on a small boat. Last I checked, Paradise Lake still has a good amount of water in it.
Go to an outdoor range. Yeah, I know that ammo may be impossible to get in Commiefornia, but perforating targets (even with a pellet gun or crossbow) is relaxing and satisfying. I suggest the range in Oroville. You might meet some like-minded folks there, too.
Join a “Sportsman’s Association.” (wink, wink- you know what I’m referring to)

I don’t know what the legal process was, but I do know that in some states the evidence has not been allowed to be presented. I do know that this woman just wrote a 110 page rebuke that sounds like the political playbook from MSM. How can you rebut the evidence if your only concern is that the case was filed too soon after the event for an in depth investigation by the plaintiffs? Someone here suggested a center to gather the names of the dead and missing in Afghanistan. I would propose it is far more important that we form a center for gathering the funds to protect the attorneys and witnesses who have the courage to challenge the administration in court case after court case, after court case.
