I learned how to make spaghetti sauce from my mother. We used beef bones and ground sausage. Cook for hours and fish out the beef bones before serving. Sometimes meatballs too. Although we never cooked it the way this cook did I like it and would try it.
His breathlessness worries me. Something he is doing isn’t working for him.
