Reality President: Scott Adams Talks About Meeting With President Trump

This off-the-cuff report by author and Dilbertor Scott Adams is worth the time just for his candid comments about meeting President Trump in person in the Oval Office. Takes a few minutes to find his pace and then it just rolls out from there.

Bonus feature: This homemade clip of the President getting out of his car to meet the local firemen.

Scott Adams clip is just to long to watch in full, driving for the COA this morning.
The President noticed a group of regular firemen, normal Americans and wanted to say hi and shake their hands. This President notices normal Americans. Do you understand what a change that is?

A president of the people, by the people, and for the people. Thank you, God.

I collect old books and among them are several quick-gloss biographies (published early- mid-20th century) of the presidents . They’re written for kids and they are always prefaced by presenting the idea– however pie in the sky it is– that any little boy can grow up to be president of The United States. That hasn’t been true for quite some time, and surely Trump was hardly just any little boy. But he’s certainly more “of the people” than we’ve seen in a very long time.

Trump is regular people, just like all those firemen, look at how they joust and joke, and this is what his haters hate. Their hate comes from not knowing any regular people, or, perhaps, they were raised as regular people, were regular people themselves once and have spent a long time being embarrassed by that and trying to escape it. All of which makes them worse than the worst things they imagine regular people do.

My two favorite persuasion experts in one photo. What a time to be alive!

“… look at how they joust and joke, …”
That stands out immediately. He’s a man among other men.

How many leaders can claim that?

I likes me some resolute desk, wish I had the skill to produce one.
For alas, I am but a poor white sharecroppers chow and cannot afford to purchase one.
Maybe I should fire up one of them go fund me things I keep hearing about?
