A very good speech, which sounded like he wrote it himself. I doubt if any of the fatuous bilge uttered last week at the DNC was written by the person who delivered it.
Man, how did he get through that without tearing up? I am sitting here with tears in my eyes over the pain that man must have felt. Our prayers and best wishes go out to him and his family.
Waiting for the Storm;
Pain turns to anger and that kind of anger manifests itself in very clear and righteous thinking and then turns to action.
You really have to admire a man that seeks, not to blame, but to correct. He names the people whose ill-chosen policies were responsible, and is focused on making sure that such a tragedy does not happen again, not by pretending that “policies” can get rid of guns, but by pointing out the hard actions that schools need to take to get the severely troubled kids the help they need – AWAY from the rest of the students.
WOW!
Dude is all out of tears.
