Although I was a pinhead at the time and detested Ronald Wilson Reagan, I'm pretty sure he was a two termer, 1981-1989. Yes?

It's only by a meaningless technicality FDR+Truman can be dismissed. Also, the three-two-termer series of Jefferson, Madison and Monroe is something we're not likely to see ever again.

Er...I hope. (We may be two-thirds of the way through one right now.)

Truman finished FDR's term and then had one of his own. So not really a two termer...
