900-Pound Giant Squid Joins Cast Of 'The View'"Like many past hosts, who have come from such diverse backgrounds as law, stand-up comedy, and local news, the squid was a virtual unknown before joining the cast. I was going to say that if you put them all together, the cast of The View IS a 900 pound squid, but I think that undershoots the weight by a few hundred.
