At every point, you should throw sand in the gears.
From the marketing call- tell them Oh, this sounds interesting, hold on let me get a pen, and just leave the phone, to fighting with the IRS: Always on the expenses you claim. If you fail to report revenue,they've got you. On expenses all they can do is deny them.
