Mine were and I am.

You can’t even say I am a native American because that already means something else. All thirty two of your great-great-great-grandparents were born here and you aren’t a native American. - - Civic Nationalism

Your Say

I did the DNA thing, and I've dug through quite a bit of my ancestry. So far, I haven't found anybody who came here after 1800, and, best I can tell, almost all if not all were here before 1700. I am a native. I love my country. I could do without this government.

Another word corrupted by the communists.
I'm a native american, born in Gettysburg, and if there's indian in my ancestory I am unaware of it, nor do I care.

So, at what point did the injuns become Native Americans?

When the leftist commies took over the education industry and got to rename them, ghostsniper. I'd say abot 1965 cause they were still injuns when I was watching The Lone Ranger, Hopalong Cassidy and Chief Halftown. Easta-sa-sussaway, keemosabe.

@Rev, I was being facetious of course as that date was the day asshole klintin was innaugurated and everything took a steep nose dive to now.

You sound similar to me in age and therefore should be aware that the conversion was well underway by the 60's. For reference, if you haven't found the truth about Lincoln, for example, in the past 20 years then the lies they taught you about him way back when may still ring true to you.

In my youth I had been a fan of Lincoln, in part because I had been born and raised in Gettyburg, but in the 90's I started discovering the truth about many things and when I found out about Lincoln I was infuriated that I had been so thoroughly lied to.

That made me delve deeper into all things public education and is the basis why I have said here and many other places that, "The worst thing this rotten assed gov't has ever done was to hijack the public school system because THAT is at the base of all of societies ills."

"A people educated in truth cannot be tolerant of tyranny."
