A grip. Get one.

Seriously, get a grip.
"TRUMP HAS CUCKED AND BETRAYED US ALL, THE END IS NIGH AND REICHSFUHRER KRISTOL REIGSN UBER ALLES!" doesn't make you look clever, or smart, or even sane. There is not only no need for you to announce your opinion of every zig and zag of foreign policy, but the unpredictability of the God-Emperor all but guarantees that you're going to look like a complete buffooon within days, if not hours, regardless of what you say. - - Vox Popoli: On vulgarity

Your Say

"...unpredictability of the God-Emperor..."
===========================================

Yeah right.
With each roll of the dice they say, "This time it will be different.", and then they are proven wrong.

Yeah right.
Time and time again honorable men have ascended to the oval pinnacle only to be converted like all the others before.

Yeah right.
I've told you before and I'll remind you again. It's not the people, it's the system, that is flawed.

Yeah right.
When an honorable man steals he too is a thief. The end never justifies the means and when you steal to give to the needy your reason is unreasonable to the loss bearers.

Yeah right.
Fix the basic flaw that underscores all of it and everything else will fall in line. If all businesses were run like this rotten assed gov't all the business owners would be in jail but the politicians get a free pass that is paid for by everyone else by way of the threat from the barrel of a gun.

we shall do far better working without a Government than that which we have.
The original idea was to have people come and serve for a term and then go back to their daily lives. What we have is professional pilfers, mountebanks and syphilitic liars holding office.

Anyone who wants that power needs to be unheaded.

Think Vox was referring to the uptick in vulgar/nasty comments on his site,in the wake of the Syrian Missile Crisis and the UA crash & burn. This past week across the blogosphere has been like Fight Club Rabid Baboon Style.

I retain great faith in the president. Those declaring his abandonment of his campaign promises, and those presently throwing up their hands in despair are full of shit---you're not going to get everything exactly your way, you're only going to achieve a substantial portion of it. That's all a leader who's not prepared to be a dictator can do. Deals are only ever stricken when there's something in it for both sides: win-win. Nobody can do it better than our president.

I like these demands for instant success. Often, you lose a battle or two before winning the war. I have no doubt that President Trump is doing everything he must in order to maneuver circumstances into his ultimate favor. He is an honorable man and a very effective human being, and will only fail, to the extent that he does, after a protracted and herculean fight.

He's been at this---what, three months? It's far from over, and I believe almost nothing the press has to say---they have either been wrong, or lied, about every damned thing they've ever told me. What suddenly gives them any credibility? What short memories we have. Resist their attempts to brainwash you.

President Trump hasn't been in office for very long, but he is knocking out the easier items on his agenda at a record pace. The harder items---he is dealing with a coup from the Left and rebellion from within his own party---will take longer, and will necessitate some tacking and some temporizing moves along the way. I dare anyone to do better.

If you hook your wagon to a politician you deserve to be disappointed. And you know it.
