A typical media article now starts with the word "Trump" and fabricates an entire scenario using all the standard elementary methods.

Then it waits a few days.

Then they takes the echoes from the previous fabrication and use it as a springboard for another fake article.

Over and over again.

The media, all of them, are now creating entire news strings from scratch.

Is anybody paying any attention to these idiots?
If not, how are they making their money?

If so, why?

For years I used to start everyday with a quick glance at google news and maybe even click on a few links. That stopped last year and I even took the link off the task bar.

It ain't news any more and they aren't even pretending to be news.

The whole mainstream media has turned into National Enquirer and the only people that are paying it any attention at all are those unable or incapable of doing anything else.

Been finding a lot more time on my hands to do other stuff now that the news services are no longer in existence. Appalling how much time I used to spend on that stuff.

Until about 1994, and the beginning of the klintin reign of terror, I never paid attention to the news much.

Then for the next 22 years I was consumed by it.

And now I've went full circle and just don't care all over again.

For the most part the news consuming public does not demand adequate evidence from the news creators, purveyors, or pimpers.
Critical thinking is forbidden since it would disturb our stupidity based ignorance. We prefer to be titillated by trivia.
The good news is that the the pseudo-news is so infantile, superficial, and inane that even the ignoranti are bored and are seeking the vibrancy of clashing blogs.
The polluted Main Media Streams have become bogs of bullshit and swamps of civil corruption.
I can hardly wait until the terms fellow-traveler, traitor, spy, fascist, communist, pimp, and defeatist are capitalized as titles of honor. At that time it will be too late to get colonoscopies to clear our heads.

Ghost, yes there are people paying attention to these idiots. I know some of them, and they freak out on command with each new fake news item. They believed these idiots before the election, when they were assured that Hillary would be number 45, and they have double downed on their faith since then.

Well now, Trump is REALLY, I mean it, absolutely, no question about it, money back guarantee, fer reeeeeel, literally, no joke, HITLER!!!!!!
Or so I have repeatedly been told.

ghost, I agree. I am losing interest, and long overdue, in the news. Outrage online is sort of a giant waste of time.

On the other hand, you have to wonder how much of that outrage, one by one, filtered up through talk radio, to Fox, and via the blogs, to inform Trump voters- the deplorables who "got it" and got out and voted.

Time now for more productive things- the MSM is toast, echoing only in their own bubble, for a generation.

It will soon enough be time again for men who can do things, who will be needed.
