Marooned Among the Polar Bears
Now, stranded and shivering, he allows a few minutes to beat himself up for his mistakes.If only he had dived down into the freezing water once more and retrieved one of the GPS trackers or the distress beacon! If only he had managed to land on the ice floe in the first place! He could somehow have hailed a mechanic to fix the R22 and still captured the record! But none of this matters now. It is wasted energy to even think these thoughts. And so he gets to work. -- Popular Mechanics
