New Mary Tyler Moore Failing Before She Begins

aamegyn.jpg

A bad omen for Megyn Kelly and NBC
"Fox News's Tucker Carlson is nearly doubling the ratings of his predecessor, Megyn Kelly, when compared to the same time period last year, according to Nielsen Media Research," reports The Hill.... Kelly's decision to leave was supposed to weaken Fox News and bolster its competitors. But so far it appears to have saved Rupert Murdoch a ton of money (he was offering her a reported $100 million to stay) while eliminating a growing problem: a star, more popular with chattering-class pundits than conservative viewers, who was increasingly showboating at the expense of the network.

Why is it that the pretty ones always go deep into batshit crazyland?

Now, she has blood running out of....everywhere!

There's always the casting couch on which one could repose to strengthen one's ratings. I'm certain NBC has one somewhere.

In my experience, it's because they're taught by aunts and grandmothers that paint jobs are destiny. Very few little girls I've known get hooked into narcissism without a healthy dose of Princess Training from their female elders.

She is walking, living proof of the Peter Principle.

Glad I knocked that nonsense outta my girls' heads when they thought they were all that. No allowances, and yeah, your clothes are handmedowns. Now they love me because I taught them how to shop from the clearance racks. Your welcome, ladies.

Too bad really. She is smart, quick witted and has lots of energy for the job. I think when she took her last position at FOX someone must have convinced her to put more "balance" into what she reported and it came off as her playing devil's advocate. At the Trump debate I think she was trying to show how tough she was, perhaps making up (in her mind) for being a 'girl'. It didn't play well and although Trump may have been a little rude with her most felt he was justified and it sure beats Romney's acquiescence to Candy Crowley. After that she seemed to be trying to get even by bring down Trump right when most of her viewers were moving towards Trump. After that she couldn't seem to help herself from making one bad move after another. I wish her well but I'm not sure she can overcome her ego and change herself into something more personable.

Closet Liberal. There is your explanation. She got wooed and told she would be the star. They didn't say of what.

She's smart enough and pretty enough to make it in Manhattan. She reached the NewsCorp pinnacle, her own prime time show. Probably because of her ability to connect with Dirt People in the Hinterlands outside Manhattan. DJT was/is an electric eel thrown into their own private aquarium, which is the media. They are truly shocked. Hard. They respond by hiring everyone's favorite Blonde Sorority Sister,Former State Dept Spokesperson...Marie Harf!!! More Electric Eels, please.

She's not very intelligent and will hang herself (and FOX) with her own rope, just watch.

"We cannot win this war by killing them (ISIS), we cannot kill our way out of this war."

State Department Deputy Spokesperson

Although many are not aware of it, the Phoenix Program used in Vietnam was quite effective. Continue to kill guerrilla leaders. Kill the leadership team and make that your focus. There will continue to be plenty of cannon fodder to add to your group as long as you have a bunch of uneducated young men living in poverty but real leaders are much more difficult to come by. Keep zapping them.

Marie Harf speaks foolishness. Of course you kill them, does she want to give them a sandwich? Sherman, Patton and some other real leaders of the past would strongly disagree with her theory.

Megyn at worst case, is crying all the way to the bank. Checkmate. She wins.
