@Monty, maybe this started with, "Here, hold my beer", but I don't think his BAC was very high. He seemed to feel it way too much and was relatively lucid despite having the crap burned out of his ample torso.

I'll share something else: forget the neosporin and whatever burn ointments, all that crap is gonna do is seal in the heat and do more damage.

First thing is to remove the heat and dull the nerve endings by applying cold - in this case all that snow is the quickest answer.
