Because the same nay-sayers he faced just had (once again) their heads returned to them.
Amazing so many do not realize that United States of America consists of four words; and three of those words are very crucial.

After inauguration day LIEberals are gonna be bouncing off the walls all over the place so I bought a brand new pair of "tactical gloves" that I keep tucked into my belt as I go out and about in the metropolises where they congregate.

It's my own personal effort at salvation for an overabundance of people that should have been aborted pre-birth if their parents had the ballz they require of others.
You can think of it as my giving back to the community and all that.

He is laughing because he loves so greatly. He loved his country and her countrymen greatly. He loved life to the greatest degree. He was graciousness embodied, and hope for the hopeless. He was honest, true and good. He is laughing because he is thankful and full of joy at the ordinary. He was the fulfillment and example of Christ's command: "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."

Irony in Hollywood is that Reagan, as President of the Screen Actors Guild, was responsible for actors getting residuals when their tv shows and movies were rerun. This opened other revenue streams for actors that followed, and for their heirs. I wish he had just left them broke and begging.

Why not laugh and smile!? He's in a parade riding a horse, followed by Harley Davidson's and back when Mexican Americans proudly flew AMERICAN flags! Looks like a good time to me!
