The Clintons — At the End of All Things

They have long ago lost any sense of shame — Bill is hourly caricatured as a sexual predator,

and the best that can be said of Hillary’s character is that the bankrupt Left shrugs, “She may be a crook, but she’s our crook.”In Dorian Gray fashion, their sins are now imprinted on their faces and visible in their tremors. They were and are capable of any and everything. And one wonders whether, in fleeting seconds here at the end of things, they still believe that it was all worth what they have become. Hillary & Bill Clinton: Greed, Corruption, Power, Cynicism, Endlessly

Your Say

VDH manages to paint an accurate portrait of the Clintons that is filled with detail and truth.

If someone wrote a fictional tale about such a couple, many would reject it as too unlikely.

They are the modern Bonnie and Clyde who have dispensed with guns as too crude. Their genius has been to recognize that the proles have short memories and pay no attention to the money pilfered through grifting.

I bare no ill will against those who have earned their money honestly. I detest those who get rich through corruption.

VDH understands Greek tragedy. The Clintons are living, modern examples of what the ancient Greeks understood. Their combined moral weaknesses have carried them far;their downfall may well be epic. The worst part of their sordid existence is how they've enveloped entire nations, most of all our own, into their next Circle of Hell.
