Furthermore, everyone needs to relax about his appointees.

This is not a traditional administration.
It doesn't necessarily matter what Mitt Romney or Rudy Giuliani or John Bolton think, because if they don't do what Trump wants them to do, he'll replace them without a moment's hesitation and they all know it now. Look how swiftly Paul Ryan, the Speaker of the House, slapped down the idiot Republicans who wanted to bring back earmarks. Vox Popoli: Change is coming

Your Say

This is going to be fun, even more so for us business owners.

What preceded Trump?

Mostly lawyers, lifetime politicians, lazy asses, greedy fux, careless assholes with little life experience (can't balance a check book). Worse than useless, mostly damaging.

As a life long (multiple) business owner it will be EASY for Trump to shine BRIGHT!

Trump has been a massive success hundreds of times over and he is approaching this gov't nightmare from a business perspective.

The number one thing must be accountability and responsibility.

The lack of those 2 things in this rotten assed gov't, for at least all of your life and beyond, creates an environment that can do nothing but fail as habit.

When Trump assigns a duty it WILL be done, or, "YOU'RE FIRED!", and there will be no built-in gov't benefits.

To a person that has 40 years experience in success, you have to understand that, UNsuccessful things jump right out and make themselves more than obvious.

Trump sees these things, delineates them to specialists, assigns the parameters, then turns them loose.

This coming year gov't may become fun to watch.

If nothing else, people that aren't inherent lazy asses will get to enjoy the moaning and wailing of those that are.

I'm already laughing out loud.

It is amazing how much room you have to maneuver on when you enter office beholden to no one but the voters and the staff you hired.

All sounds good except for one part: The entrenched bureaucrats. There is a wall of resistance to anyone making changes to their fiefdoms. An example is the EPA which is now racing to finish off Obama's regs. So the big hats get replaced, so what. How many true Gaian acolytes are sitting at desks where they get that paper of change and place it at the bottom of the pile. Or delegates the order to a lower level putz whose jobs it is to lose the request for three months before sending it to another clown.

Can't fire these dolts, with some luck one might get the union riled up so they do something the courts can stab them with to bleed money from the coffers.
PATCO was a special case of national security and safety. I doubt the unions will do something that stupid again.
