Take a Look Inside a House Meant for Mars

amarshome.jpg

This home is right for you if you’re a non-smoker, in good physical shape,
think backpacking food is delicious, crave occasional check-ins from researchers concerned about your stress level and well-being, and don’t mind the noise generated by roommates and somewhat nearby munitions testing. Also, you may need to be OK with recycling your own urine, which could become an added feature in the next year or so. -- National Geographic

Your Say

Before they start fantasizing about Mars (again) they better start getting realistic about putting a facility on the frikkin moon already. Suffice to say, if you can't walk you'll never run and the day AFTER the moon station inhabiting 10,000 people is a thing of the past they can resume their long range dreams.

Srsly, 40 years later and moon citizens aren't in their 2nd generation yet? WTF???

Just imagine being the first person conceived and born on the moon.....

"No, I don't wanna see pictures of the birthing process but I'll certainly check out some HD video of the conception!"

Put that structure up at Everest Base Camp for a year. Then, maybe it's ready.
