Russian language media columnists – in Russia – are now analogizing Hillary Clinton to Leonid Brezhnev.What they mean by this is: a) a sclerotic and rapidly aging person who is steadily sliding into dementia; and, b) while presiding over a reactionary regime of careerist mediocrities ruling over a stagnated and failing political economy and society. – Jerry Pournelle
