It's probably nothing...
“The B-1 units bring a unique perspective and years of repeated combat and operational experience from the Central Command theater to the Pacific,” the release said. “They will provide a significant rapid global strike capability that enables our readiness and commitment to deterrence, offers assurance to our allies, and strengthens regional security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.”

Your Say
Dropping bombs from high altitude on third world savages is hardly combat experience. Ask any B17 crew that flew over Germany.

You Syke, Bob. I have spoken with WW II bomber crewmen. The look in their eyes says it all.
Me talking - When the bombs go down and go "boom," it is combat. That's an Air Force axiom. Have a little more respect.

Somebody go back and find out all the shit Dems threw at Bush anytime he deployed anything. Throw it in their goddamn faces! Play to win!

BobSykes - Try pointing a Browning M2 at a Me 109 or Fw 190 that's firing machine guns and cannon at you, and tell me it isn't combat. (I flew Connnies with several ETO B17 pilots in the years after WW2, and they had a lot of stories.) (Yes, I'm that old.)
