Most of our Boomers are now razor blades. There are a couple I believe tied up in Bremerton and in Groton. The couple at sea are tracking whales so the Greenies don't get pissed with the Navy.

Israel has three very modern, very very quiet missile submarines lurking somewhere. I'm pretty sure it's not anywhere near Hawaii.

These are not rusting ICBMs in damp moldy silos somewhere out in N. Dakota or Siberia. They are fully functional, clean, dry, tested instruments of destruction. If called upon, they will fire, launch, and release their payloads on target.
