Your Say

That's surprising. I use Google Maps all the time, but I was unaware that Apple had a map application of their own, even though I have an Apple Mac desktop. Maybe you need to have an iPhone to be exposed to Apple Maps?

Whichever you use, be sure to cross-check with your eyes. Don't let them lead you over cliffs, into rivers etc. (Nor into certain parts of Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans, Oakland et al.)

Yahoo had similarly good maps long before Google but they lost their way with CEOs paid more than the GDP of some small countries.
