THE MENTAL INFECTION known as “political correctness”
is one of the most dangerous intellectual afflictions ever to attack mankind.The fact that we began by laughing at it–and to some extent, still do–doesn’t diminish its venom one bit. PC has an enormous appeal to the semieducated, one reason that it’s struck roots among overseas students at minor colleges. Believe it or not, I have never, in person, encountered anyone spouting off any of that PC nonsense.
My complete experience has been on the web and the little bit of TV I expose myself to.
If I experienced PC in person there is a very good chance I'd be arrested, or be a fugitive.
Common sense requires me to avoid crowds and metropolis's, which isn't very hard to do.
