The law gets enforced because the people in power want in enforced.

If they don’t want it enforced, it doesn’t.
Border security is the law. It’s not enforced. Firing employees for being opposed to gaymarriage isn’t in the law. But it does get enforced. As Moldbug said of the Constitution, either a law reflects the will of the powerful, and it’s thus superfluous, or it doesn’t, and is then deceitful. It’s not that simple in practice: putting things to writing is not superfluous. It creates a small milepost, a Schelling point, which people can point at in order to use in their status competition. But it only works so far as people in power find it useful, or there’s a culture which upholds respect for agreements beyond their actual use. The Law | Bloody shovel

Your Say

The constitution disqualifies itself with it's very first word, "We".

Nobody gets to speak for me.

Bulls#!t Ghost! You were spoken for long ago when they passed the 16th Amendment and started taking your money and many times thereafter.

Are you telling us that you have given up using banks, all plastic, owning anything requiring registration, phones, owning land and stopped paying any and all taxes? If not, then there are a bunch of people, elected and unelected running their mouths for and about you daily, concerning just about everything you can do inside and outside your abode. If you haven't run afoul of "those people", apply the word YET before the end of your sentence.

First off veedub, you nor nobody else gets to define anything at all about me. I do as I please, harm no one, help all. As it should be.

When the thief calls me a name of his choice, I change my name. When the thief decides what I should do, I do something else. I will not be circumscribed.

I probably don't have much time left here but what I have is for me alone.

You should live your life as if it's the only one you will ever own, and I am trying to do just that.
