And what does "live to fight another day" mean? When was the first day? Moderation and compromise isn't fighting. Witty repartee and clever comebacks isn't fighting. Congressmen rolling over after ritual jousting isn't fighting. Career conservatives and Republicans, a.k.a. cuckservatives, are so collegial, so timid, so deep into the game they believe the game is all that matters, worse, they think people with legitimate concerns are an annoying distraction .
