Belgium is a small country.
Relative to population, this would be equivalent to 900 dead Americans and a staggering 7,800 wounded. The key word in that sentence is *some*, maybe 20%.

80% will piss themselves and try to hide.

Look around you, anybody you know in that 20%?

Better figure out who "might" be tribe material.

I learned yesterday that the city of Brussels has five separate police forces overseen by nine (9) district mayors.
