Yep, the Gummint doesn't like encryption that it can't crack. so they make it a violation of the law for you to use a random sequence encryption process. Why you might be trading illicit chocolate cake recipes. Or hiding money from their greedy fingers.
You can buy parallel key encrypted programs for your phones and computers overseas online. The Feds frown upon it.
