Point loads.
The van is a Pontiac Montana, roughly 4000 lbs.
The drivers side wheels are on a load bearing wall but the passenger side tires are not and each tire (point load) is carrying 1000lbs.
Roofs are typically engineered to a 60 psf loading.
BOOM!
The property insurer will abandon the owner.

Tourist towns are full of such idiots. You checked with every neighbor, and knocked on a dozen doors. So you sigh, misappropriate their out of town license tag, call the tow truck, and catch a cab to work.
