Cereal Isn't Cool In 2016

Even when eating at home you need way too many things in order to have cereal.
You need a bowl, a spoon, the cereal itself, and milk. Then, and only then, can you actually have your bowlful. But milk is a nightmare. Who has enough milk, ever? - - Cereal Isn't Cool in 2016 - Buzzfeed

It's worth the trouble. Sans added sugar and with a banana, at least four days a week. When high BP first showed up over forty years ago, an Air Force PA told me to do this and I would live to be an old man. He was right.

Gave up on all the flavored cereals, i can taste the artificial sweeteners they use. They leave a aftertaste like metal and i gave up sugar. Just have a bowl of Corn Flakes dry with nothing on them. Will continue to eat them that way while i wait for the world to reboot.

I haven't eaten cereal since I was a kid. Eggs, either fried or poached, ham, sausage or bacon and coffee for breakfast. Once in a while some fruit and a banana. I'm 73, the Doc tells me I have great BP normally 110-115/65-68 with a heart rate around 60.

I have a 40% blockage in one small artery in the heart and good cholesterol. So much for the Croakers, fuk'em.

I have bowl of this stuff a couple times a week https://www.sunbeltbakery.com/www/docs/112 , and an egg sando with ham a couple times, then fruit, fresh or canned for the balance. And some days I eat nothing at all, just drink water. Lots of water, 1/2 oz for every pound of body weight, in a 24 hour period.
